It's almost that time again! It's time to go back to school! Although most of you may have started school already, others (like me) still have about a week to go. With a new semester underway, college students are spending money left and right on tuition, textbooks, dorm furnishings, and those surprise “university fees.” Our schools just love to tack onto our bills. Since there’s no skipping out on the necessary expenses of higher education, we’re not left with much wiggle room in our budgets to purchase the other essentials: makeup, hair products, skin care items, etc.
